An MVP for learning: Choose what to test before you build

A useful scope helps a team learn sooner without releasing more than the situation needs.

Before building, write the learning goal in one sentence: which audience understands the offer, or which step leads someone to share information. Do not begin only with a feature list.

Then choose the smallest scope that can still communicate value and collect a real user signal. That may be a landing page, prototype, manual step, or message sequence rather than a complete product.

Decide which signal matters and who will review it before launch. The result of the experiment can then inform the next decision instead of becoming work that was simply delivered.
